Joe, thanks for the kind words. The base was done with various sand tones and shades of MDF (PVA) colors paints found on my local craft shop, I also gave a light sprayed of Tamiya Desert Yellow and finally some dry brushing, the periscopes were finished using party colored confetti, see picture...   READ
