The elbows can be made moveable by removing the tabs easily enough. The knees are a different matter though and if yiu adjust them you will also need to adjust the ankkes if you still want him to stand on a flat surface. Removing the tab and filing the corners where the neck goes into the head also allows you rotate the head slightly. (You'll know what I mean when yiu see the parts...if I can make these adjustments anyone can!)
