Another diorama! You are on fire, Ron!

Interesting idea for the diorama. Is it set in space or on earth? I assume the satellite crashed on earth?

Cheers Jesper and this will be in space as the Kauz (suit) is designed for space.

Ron: Very nice dio and idea. Well done and looking forward to your next one.

Hi All,

I have completed the figure and satellite and now just to paint them.

This diorama will depict a Kauz space suit looking at a laser satellite to see if it requires any maintenance or upgrades.

The mech suit is a conversion from a Hasegawa Melusine suit, it's not accurate but I'm very happy with the way it turned out especially just using parts from the parts box.

The satellite was made using parts from a 1/72 Saturn rocket cargo bay section also parts from 1/72 and 1/35 military parts, thin wire, Star Trek parts and plastic card and rod.

Viper should be done on Saturday or Sunday at the latest.

Is there a campaign gallery for these yet? I only saw a gallery for SF V, but not VI.

Thanks for pointing this out. I do not have the admin rights to make one but I wrote to the administrator to have a gallery set up.

I will post the link here as soon as it is active.

I'll be doing Alt. History.
Germans in Alaska w/ an Igloo...
Looking like 1/48 scale right now but could go 1/35.

Here is where I am with my AT-AT build. Next are some details to paint, discoloring around the impact hits and some grass etc around the base.

Looking good Jesper.

Well, instead of taking pictures I was binge watching The Expanse season 4.

Pictures here and uploading some to the gallery as well.

Wow, the weathering really washed out in the harsh light, going to go try some more. It is much dirtier than it looks in those pictures.

OK, these look better.

Congrats on finishing, Dixon! A really nice ship with a very “space” weathering look to it. Well done!

Thanks Jesper!

Now working on a first generation Ford Bronco for an Auto Modeler campaign due end of March. As soon as that one is done, it is back to SciFi for a few builds.

Hope we get enough for the Bandai campaign as I have quite a few ideas for builds. Red Squadron 1 through 6 as modeled for the original movie and not the redressed ones, the Partisan scheme one and Blue Leader as in Rogue One. The hover truck from Gundam 08th Mobile Suit Team in a small diorama.

I called it done and stuck it on the workshop shelf. The good ones go in my office, LOL.
