Dragon have been "mining" the licensed model market as an extra to their military since about half a decade. Except now military is the extra to licensed models, when I've already explained that most people who build Dragon's models hardly even know about their licensed ranges, let alone spend more money and time on the said ranges than the company's military models.

Except those upcoming releases are basically reboxes of their earlier with only a few completely new parts [if any], whilst Dragon have made 5 mostly new tooling for Avengers:AOU alone.
