What colors are you using on this kit??

Interesting question.
That ones high on my wish list. Until then I have an old boxing of the AMT kit in the stash. Somewhere.
I was thinking of using a light slate grey, such as Humbrol 31, overall. Then picking out some of the armour panels on the upper hull and wings in shades of darker green. Perhaps a few in red on the undersides. Followed by a dark wash to give it a used and battle worn look. I used a similar approach on the Bird of Prey years ago, just using a grass green as a base.
I'd recommend getting as many photos of the studio models and stills as you can for reference. Don't be surprised if you see a lot of variation in the finishes. I remember seeing some photos of the flagship from ST.VI and it had a lot more red and gold highlights.
