Passengers is an HO set of travelers from NOCH. Pre-painted with lots of detail, these six figures of Item 15220 allow rapid populating of your layout.

This set is one of over 40 figure sets offered by NOCH. Those sets are available in HO, TT, and N scales.

The Set
These six figures are molded as single pieces. A single separate suitcase is included. There are three males and three females, all adults. Most of their clothing seem appropriate for the post-1960s. Two of the men could be used for eras as early as the 1940s.

Molding is very good with noticeable detail. I did not notice any flash, sinks nor seam lines, but each figure does have an ejection circle on its back.

I think the poses look natural. Five of the figures are balanced well enough to stand upright without gluing the feet to the surface. The blond in the blue suit does not stand unaided.

NOCH sculpted a lot of detail into these figures. All have recognizable facial detail - nose, eye depressions, lips, ears, and hair.

Clothing is detailed with belts and buttons, and ties on the men. I don't know when the tooling for these were cut but detail crispness is medium.

Factory-painting enhances the molded detail.

If a modeler wishes more detail, it is easy to enhance these figures with accent painting. The good molding will make that easier.

HO set Passengers by NOCH is a neat small set of well detailed figures ready to populate a train station or other transportation terminals. Modelers can enhance these figures with their own painting if they desire.

Each has an ejection mark on its back. That aesthetics can limit their posing aspects, although who would want to pose the figures facing away from the main viewing vantage point?

I find this set to be a good group of figures for transportation terminals. Recommend.

Please remember to mention to NOCH and retailers that you saw this product here - on RailRoad Modeling.

Highs: Good molding and detail. Acceptable painting.
Lows: Each has an ejection mark on its back.
Verdict: I find this set to be a good group of figures for transportation terminals.
