Just posted, a review of a rather unique figure from El Viejo Dragón Miniaturas, a Roman Legionary of Quintus Sertorius' army: Roman Legionary, Sertorian Army, North Hispania, 74BC

Cool review of a nice figure that I now fancy buyin' as a result of your review, Rudi.
The pose really appeals to me, and it suggests somethin' of a rank and file type Roman, somethin' you don't really see much of.

The boxart paintjob makes the mail look kind of flat and one dimensional, but the figure in the flesh suggests it to be totally different. So this is on my 'want' list.
I do wonder about his weapon though, where is it!?

Thanks, Rudi.

Hi guys,

Thanks for looking.

@Spacey: Yes, it is a rainy weekend type of figure due to the relatively simple colour scheme.

@Paul: Thanks mate If you do buy this figure, remember to support El Greco Miniatures Good comment about the pilum though. I never thought of that.
