First time Ma.K for me!

So far, I've built it up and textured the pieces to look like cast iron. Plan on weathering with the hairspray technique that's in fashion at the moment.

Thoughts and suggestions please!!

It looks nice so far, when you find out how to position it, I will suggest that you sculpt the joins to cover the vinyl joins.

Otherwise nice work.

Ah, so you're the person who picked up the Ma.K. Gotta be quick at those S&S's I had looked at it, was in 2 minds, did a few circuits and it was gone! I got the Bandai Raiden Armour instead.

I see you were at the Ashburton show as well - next time you go to a show let me know, it's great to meet the other online modellers.

Yeah, for that price I couldn't let it go. I was looking at the Scopedog too from the same bloke but it was a little pricey. Noticed there was a few other Ma.K kits at the S&S too...

Next show I plan on attending is Scale ACT. I'm planning on going for a holiday to Canberra when it's on so I'll take a few models up and enter them. The Ballarat expo is on in a few weeks too (I'm from Ballarat) so I'll probably go to that too.

Model Expo is the one I'm hanging out for. Got some good models to enter this year!

The guy did have some nice stuff - I picked up a few other kits from him at good prices as well.

I wish I could make the Ballarat show, and may well still provided I can either hitch a lift or catch the train.
