thank you for advices to deal with this object more relaxed.

You have made me see when there's no reason to turn something over in my mind again and again and that I should be actually gladful to face an object which does not make me being committed to any kind of historical correctness etc.

Gonna throw all these doubts overboard and replace them with joy.

Kow was heavily inspired by WW2 German armor and aircraft so that's why so much looks that way - but it's sci -fi - paint away!

The way I look at it is that since Ma.K is futuristic don't treat it like other modern or historical subjects. Noone should be saying the colour scheme is all wrong 'cause the subject material doesn't exist (yet). Take inspiration from aircraft, armour or whatever or just use your imagination and do a creative scheme. To me, pale yellow and black tiger stripes would look cool. Suitably weathered I think it would create a stunning little model. BTW, feel free o use the tiger stripe idea as I've got other schemes I'd like to do my Ma.Ks in.

thank you very much for your response.

I have already browsed through the websites refering to the Maschinen Krieger subject.

And some of these sites provide an inside look of the kits' contents (e.g. Nitto, Modelkasten) except the Snake Eye suite.

I only know about a book (Maschinen Krieger B.D) which got some colour plates, but I do not want to purchase a whole book just only to know which decals and colour scheme could be applied.

I have just received the recently relased Snake Eye kit by Wave and have been wondering where I can find some colour schemes.

The instruction includes only a description for the maintenance decals.

Any help would be appreciated.
