It was the Lindberg 1/32 scale Model T Ford Coupelet. There's a review of the base kit on Modeling Madness here . Mine was a little warped, and I assume that had I used the fenders and body they might have fought the frame into a straight alignment, but there was decent detail for the engine and suspension as a basis for my conversion.
I logged my build in the Great War campaign that just ended on Armistice Day, but you can see a summary on my Flickr page here .

Great subject and really clean build. You have inspired me to revive a project from long ago.
I don't want to be a thread hijacker (because we all know how annoying that is) but here's the one I wanted to do:



I was also using a 1/32 kit, but apparently not as nice as the Lindberg one as it has no engine:



This is as far as I had gotten before I decided it was going to take a major rework:



Thanks for the inspiration. I haven't done much modeling in quite a while but now I'm inspired to get back into it by going after something small like this. Too bad I just took a two week gig away from home...

By the way, RPM makes a decent little kit of a similar vehicle in 1/35, should anyone else be interested.
