Kotobukiya plans to release a 1/35 plastic diorama set called "Ground Zero" that comes with 1/35 figures modeled after "Metal Gear Solid V" video game figures.

Kotobukiya plans to release in January-February, 2015, a 1/35 plastic diorama set called "Ground Zero" that comes with 1/35 figures modeled after "Metal Gear Solid V" video game figures. The figures include multiple versions of Naked Snake, Skull Face, Chico, and assorted Marines and each figure comes with some interchangeable weapons and accessories. Each plastic figure will be in 1/35 scale (50mm or two inches tall).

Price is estimated to be around $29 USD. The photos are hand-painted prototypes of the figures so the final release may be different. The photos depict variations of the figures' poses a modeler can make using the parts from the kit.

Wow, this is something different! With just one kit, a modeler can make a lot of unique and interesting figures, some a "first" in the modeling world. I see a lot of possibilities with this one.
