Hasegawa released something unique and fashionable for child modelers, a generic personal transport robot for 1/35 child figures!
These mecha robots act as personal transports, taking kids to school, soccer practice, movies, and the like, freeing up the parents to do other errands.

Each 1/35 plastic kit comes with:

* Two MechatoWeGo robots per package
* Joints that move
* Opening and closing body and head hatches
* Boy and girl operator figures

There are three color choices to choose from.

These look like fun kits. Maybe a great build opportunity with the kids, and with a little paint you can personalize them. I just don't know how well behaved my kids would be if they had one of these for their own to use.

Very cool. I'm thinking a kitbash into a Star Wars maintenance droid. Personally I'm not sure I would let any child loose in it's own robot!

Hey, I could have used one'a these growing up in the Bronx!! Depending on the price, it indeed might be a fun build with my kid. I'd probably take the urban approach and add graffiti, chipping, stains, and possibly offensive and defensive weaponry. Could be a lot of fun!!! Thanks for this, Pete --- I know I owe you an email, amigo! With Regards and Aloha, Johnny B.
