The exact release date is yet unknown, but this is sure to be a hit among fantasy and armor modellers. The kit is already available in 1:100 scale. Just to clear this issue up a bit. Matt you submitted this story to Armorama. There is no way to move your submission to another site (like ModelGeek). Nor is there a way to set the story ownership to you. It's just not an option in the admin area.
